Welcome to episode 69. Who really needs "Amazing Ted's Generic but Amazing Fitness Tips" when you can just get on Yahoo and get all the bad advice you could ever want? Today we look at "7 Quirky Tips" found on Yahoo. I would replace the term "quirky" with any number of words that relate to the bodily function # 2 but again that is my opinion.
But first we wrap up revolution talk. I wanted to clarify a couple things I mentioned last week. By revolution all I mean is that the institutions we grew up trusting and respecting are letting us down. I am talking about government, medicine, media ....everything. Things seem a little weird these days, don't they? There are many people are predicting a big change as we break away from believing in those old institutions and start rethinking ourselves and the kind of life we want. Count me in! This is finally going to be the 21st century.

Who know the most popular segment of my show would be "Amazing Ted's Generic Fitness Tips"? This is a segment where I basically make fun of my fellow trainers and all the generic advice they offer. Oh, and the fact they overuse the terms "amazing" and "exciting". Just having a little fun. If you get offended, calm down.
So the serious part of this podcast starts with the revolution. Honestly, I don't know if I did a good job explaining this. Things just feel weird these days and I think the reason is that a change is coming. There will be the old institutions trying to cling to power even though they are corrupt and out-dated. No, I am not talking about revolution in the sense of a communist takeover. That is silly. But the old ways of thinking are no longer serving most people. For a country with a huge amount of wealth, we rank as an unhappy nation. Just my opinion but a reason we are so unhappy is that the things the media promises will make us happy never do. Political correctness will not make you happy. So take a listen and let me know what you think.
