I feel the Amazing/Generic Ted's Fitness tips are polarizing. Does everyone know I am taking a poke at the fitness industry for the lame advice they give out or do they think I am being mean? Are people who use the word "Amazing" all the time offended? These are questions I may never know the answer to because no one has complained yet. So my thought is that you find the stupid advice of Ted funny.
After a bit of a laugh we delve into pure seriousness with 5 things you are doing wrong in the gym. These are great tips and are worth wading through the rest of the stuff to get to. Enjoy!

Let's be honest here, I had a number of false starts with this episode. So there are a number of things I probably mentioned that you just are going to have to listen to find out. Worst title for an episode ever? Maybe but now that I have your attention I guarantee you will learn something this week. Too many people waste time in the gym. No, not getting water, looking at their smart phones or leaning on machines. I am talking about wasting time while you are doing the exercises.
