Hi, welcome to episode 103 of my podcast. And yes, I did remember what this one was about. Will it be a little controversial? Probably, but I tend to look at things differently than most people. I point out logical flaws in tv commercials. If a movie doesn't make sense, I mention it. And maybe it is a little irritating to have things looked at and analyzed but this is what makes me a good trainer.


So in this case we have a guy who doesn't know what his clients are feeling so he decides to gain weight. Then he loses it and has a whole new perception of his clients. Genius or Jackass?
