Why not start this one off with a rant. I have just seen the worst infographic on fitness that I have ever had the misfortune to look at. When so called experts stop saying and printing dumb things, I will stop the rants. Until then...
Post ranting, I try to come up with a couple ideas for you to swith up your workouts. The idea is basic. You should keep the most effective exercises in your workout. Just do the workout a little differently. Make sense? If not, give it a listen.

I usually don't play Doctor guy on this podcast but today we are talking about diseases of inflammation. You need to be aware of how inflammation begins, what it causes and how to go about fixing it. I am far from an expert on this subject, but since I have it, I am qualified to give you my opinions. There are also several vital tests you can get to pinpoint the causes. So if you have thyroid issues, allergies, asthma, Crohn's, IBD, RA, high cholesterol or any inflammation related ailment, you may want to give this a listen.

I guess you could call the first half of this podcast a rant. I used to get worked up about all the fake fitness out there. The scams, the mlm's, just the lowest of the low type stuff. Then I realized there are really only 2 types of fitness, us and them. Where do you belong? Well, if you are a "them", you probably won't be listening long.
If you do, you will discover why you should incrprate aspects of ppowerlifting, bodybuilding, corrective exercsie and functional traiing into your workouts. Regardless of your goals.

This episode is a serious of rants. I would classify them as "positive' rants but they are rants nonetheless.
Rant1: why is the founder of Jimmy Johns going to Aftrica and killing Elephants and Rhinos? Is that a valid reason to boycott the place?
Rant 2: Why the world is a better place with Arnold in it as he delivers a death punch of truth to an internet troll.
A Thoughtful discussion of why a client left me after 2 sessions.

My "racing" season is about to hit full force and I am freaking out. Half-marathons, Spartan races etc... In the process I am going out for runs like I am packing for a 2 week vacation. This week it all came to a crashing halt and i began to realize the true spirit of running. Have a listen, see what you think.
