I found a cool fitness story on Yahoo, okay stop laughing, about a guy that loses 100 pounds. He does everything right and he achieved his goal in a year. Okay, it just happens that everything he does are things I have mentioned on this podcast but this is not about me. It is about Todd.
We also talk about the other side of fitness. The people who go through a change and feel it is their duty to tell everyone how to live their life. Even if they are right, they can be pretty annoying. Finally we talk about staying hydrated in the summer and why 12 glasses of water a day may not be helping you.
