Can you take 15 minutes out of your life and actually learn how to eat and fine tune your eating so you don't have to bother with stupid diets and actors in lab coats selling you fat burners?


Now you can! You just have to sit through 15 minutes of some silly crap first. But....I promise you it is worth it.

After the lovely RTMiss introduces me, we have a little fun with political correctness, the explosion of differnt genders and even another attempt at trying to figure out "American Muscle". 

If you haven't deleted this podcast by that point, we now get into serious nutrional discussions. I show yu a way to calculate how many calories yu should be eating to prime your metabolism. Then we go into macro percentages.

Don't know what macros are? I guess you need to listen then.
