Welcome to episode 76. In this episode I am going to talk about 1 mental trick you can use to put yourself in the right mindset all the time. It helped me great deal with a feral hog at the DMV. (Again, she didn't look like a hog, she just behaved for one).There is also discussion about the idea of not training the same body part everyday. This is something I want to talk more about next episode because I really didn't to cover it the way I wanted to.
